Magellan Search & Staffing Announces New Chief Financial Officer
Wayne, PA. (July 3, 2014) Today, Magellan Search & Staffing announced the appointment of Larry Frattura to the position of Chief Financial Officer.
Frattura brings over 30 years of experience in accounting, financial reporting and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, strategy development and planning. His background in the staffing industry has brought a fresh set of ideas to Magellan and has helped to incorporate many financial and operational efficiencies. Prior to joining Magellan, Frattura served as the VP of Finance at a Top 25 Staffing Firm.
Magellan initially hired Frattura in August 2013 as a Finance Consultant to review, assist and improve internal processes, before offering him the position of CFO. Since then, Frattura has streamlined the entire back office, which has positively impacted operations, IT and HR.
“Larry quickly made himself a valuable member of the leadership team and demonstrated qualities that will help Magellan both short and long-term,” said Magellan President and Founder, Matthew Kenefic. “I couldn’t be happier to have Larry join our Executive Leadership team. Frattura will oversee and focus on building a superior financial reporting and analysis structure, manage the treasury function and oversee IT, HR and Administration.

Frattura has spent his entire career in the professional services industry and is very familiar with the challenges and opportunities Magellan faces as it continues to grow. He hopes to deliver appropriate financial guidance and strategic direction that will help Magellan achieve even greater success in the future.
